What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please communicate with your driver/Dispatch before departure whenever possible so they can adjust their schedule accordingly.

In the event your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes and your driver has another scheduled trip, they may need to complete that trip before returning to pick you up. While this could result in additional wait time, we will do our best to accommodate your arrival and minimize any delays.

Do you offer one-way service?

Yes! We offer flexible booking options, including one-way transfers, round-trip service, and multiple-trip reservations.

How will I know what time to schedule my pickup if I don't have my embarkation or debarkation times yet?

No problem. We offer a selection of scheduled pickup times based on your travel and flight information. You can choose the pickup time that works best for you when booking.

If your cruise line later provides updated embarkation or debarkation times, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a change to your reservation based on availability. If an alternate pickup time is not available, your original scheduled pickup time will remain in place.

Can you pick us up from a hotel or vacation rental?

Yes! We offer pickups from Orlando International Airport (MCO), hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and other locations throughout the Greater Orlando area.

Just provide your pickup location when completing your reservation, and we'll ensure a smooth and convenient pickup experience.

Are car seats available?

Yes, at no extra cost. Let us know the age and weight of your child when you book so we have the right seat ready for your ride.

Do you pick up from Disney or Sanford Airport?

Yes! We can provide pickup and drop-off service at Disney resorts, Sanford Airport and other locations throughout the Orlando area.

Please note that some destinations may fall outside our standard service area, and additional distance-based fees may apply. We offer customizable transportation options to fit your specific needs—simply speak with one of our representatives, and we'll work with you to create the perfect transportation plan if available.
