Overview
SmoothSail Shuttles provides pre-scheduled cruise shuttle transportation in the Port Canaveral area. Because our vehicles and time slots are reserved specifically for each booking, our refund policy reflects the operational commitments made on your behalf at the time of reservation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from our team.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, contact us using one of the methods below and include your name, reservation date, and pickup location.

Cancellation requests are processed during business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours take effect the next business day for timing purposes.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your trip at no charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before your original pickup time, subject to vehicle availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of pickup are treated as cancellations under the schedule above.
To reschedule, contact us using the same methods listed above.
Cruise-Related Cancellations
If your cruise is cancelled or significantly modified by the cruise line, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Documentation from your cruise line may be required. Contact us as soon as you receive notice of any cruise changes.
This exception applies only to cancellations initiated by the cruise line, not to personal travel changes made by the passenger.
Weather and Emergency Cancellations
If SmoothSail Shuttles cancels your trip due to severe weather, a declared emergency, or circumstances outside our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
No-Shows
If you are not present at your confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time and have not contacted us, your reservation is forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you experience an unexpected delay, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you based on the driver's current schedule and available capacity.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you paid via a third-party booking method, refund timing may differ.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup
No-shows with no prior contact
Incorrect pickup or drop-off information provided by the customer that results in a missed trip
Voluntary changes to travel plans made after the 48-hour window
