Emile Vargas is the Co-Founder of SmoothSail Shuttles alongside her husband, Manny Vargas, helping build the company into one of Florida’s fastest-growing private cruise transportation services.

Born in New York and later relocating to Florida, Emile developed a strong passion for customer service, communication, and creating meaningful experiences for others. Her natural ability to connect with people and make clients feel comfortable quickly became one of the driving forces behind the SmoothSail customer experience.

Driven by strong faith, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others, Emile plays a major role in ensuring every client interaction reflects the professionalism, warmth, and hospitality the company stands for. From assisting travelers during stressful travel days to helping families feel at ease before their vacations, she believes great service starts with treating people with kindness and care.

As Co-Founder, Emile has been heavily involved in the growth of SmoothSail Shuttles, helping oversee customer relations, booking coordination, client communication, and the overall customer experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have helped establish the company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and personalized private transportation.

Manny Vargas

Manny Vargas is the Co-Founder of SmoothSail Shuttles alongside his wife, Emile Vargas, building the company around one simple mission: making travel smooth, stress-free, and personal.

Born in New Jersey and raised in Orlando, Florida, since the age of five, Manny developed a deep understanding of the city, its tourism industry, and the importance of reliable transportation in one of the world’s busiest travel destinations. What started as a vision to create a better transportation experience quickly evolved into a fast-growing private shuttle brand trusted by families, cruise travelers, groups, and travel professionals from around the country.

Driven by strong faith, personal growth, and a passion for inspiring and helping others, Manny believes business should be built on service, integrity, and genuine human connection. Those values continue to shape both his leadership style and the customer experience SmoothSail is known for today.

Inspired by frustrating experiences with crowded shared transportation, Manny set out to build something different, a service centered around professionalism, reliability, communication, and genuine hospitality. Under his leadership, SmoothSail became known for its private-only rides, personalized client experience, and commitment to treating every passenger like family.
